Located straight west of Pueblo, CO this 4,000 acre ranch is simply outstanding. From creek bottoms that break into rolling oak and scattered pinion and juniper, this is a mule deer dream property. Along with over 25K acres of exclusive BLM permits, there is more than enough dirt to hunt for a solid buck. Hunts are conducted out of Airbnb in the closest town so you will be comfortable with all the amenities you need for the duration of the hunt, and the meals are outstanding. 
Hunters can expect to be targeting 165-175 caliber bucks, with a real chance for something bigger any given year. This is one of the classic situations in Colorado where the number of points it takes to draw this hunt is not a reflections of the caliber of deer as much as it is a reflection on the amount of private property found in the unit. Hunting this area of the state can be a real chore without having the proper access to and through different pieces of private. This is why we are so excited to be offering this hunt.
