Jason was born and raised in Southern New Mexico. Hunting and Fly Fishing have been a life long passion for him. His education, includes participating on a national championship team in skeet shooting at Purdue University, an internship in Washington DC with his state senator, and being the vice president of the student body at New Mexico State University where he received his Masters Degree in Wildlife Biology. Jason has been a very successful outfitter in New Mexico for over 20 years; and having hunted and fished all over the country himself during this same time frame. Having hung up his hat as an outfitter he has found that consulting has been a natural progression for him as it allows him to help many more hunters each year in accomplishing their goals.
