Free Range New Mexico Oryx (Gemsbok)

Once-in-Lifetime Hunts Start in September and go through early March annually

Off Range June - March annually (April & May No Hunting)

Guide only package:

• in-field transportation, lunch day meal and all snacks and drinks during the hunt, guide, in-field trophy care

Meals and Lodging included:

• In-field transportation, motel accomodations, all meals begining the night before the hunt, guide, in-field trophy care

Travel, License, Taxidermy, Meat processing, Personal items, Gratuity

$1610 plus license and stamps (Due at time of application, ask our consultant about our Float service)

$150 access fee due to WSMR prior to hunt

Off Range: Fly to El Paso TX, rent a vehicle and travel to Las Cruces NM. 

OIL Rhodes Canyon Unit: Fly to El Paso Texas or Albquerque NM, rent vehicle and travel to Alamagordo NM.

OIL Stallion Range: Fly to Albquerque NM, rent a vehicle and travel to Socorro NM.

Day 1: Travel to hunt

Day2: Oirentation and hunt in the evening

Day3-4: Hunt

Day 5: Depart in the morning and travel home

Level 3 - These hunts are moderate to extreme and could include long days on your boots or possibly horseback. Expect times of high physical exertion.  A physical training regimen is strongly suggested prior to this hunt. 

These hunts are conducted from 4x4 vehicles. You will cover as much ground as possible going to and from different glassing points. Once a trophy is located the hunt will continue on foot using spot and stalk methods to get in range for a shot. These stalks can be anywhere from a few hundred yards to multiple miles in the desert.
